To use, measure and cut the paper, apply Decoupage Gel to the surface, lay the tissue paper on top, and smooth it out with the Scraper Tool or Brayer.
A final coat of Decoupage Gel or Powertex Easy coat ensures a smooth and long-lasting finish.
